The Editorial Team

Our Editorial Team

NewAgeSpiritualist’s editorial team comprises ordained ministers, lay leaders, and volunteer writers with experience in pastoral care, education, and research. All articles are fact-checked and reviewed by at least two editors; specialist pieces are read by subject advisers.

Editorial Line

We publish clear, accessible content on Spiritualism, church life, healing, mediumship, and community service. Our approach is informative, non-proselytising, and respectful of diverse beliefs, prioritising evidence, lived experience, and responsible practice.

Journalistic Values

We uphold accuracy, fairness, transparency, and independence from commercial influence. Sources are attributed where appropriate, quotations are used faithfully, and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.

Journalistic Ethics and Deontology

Our work follows the UK Editors’ Code of Practice and relevant charity guidance. We protect privacy, obtain consent, and avoid sensationalism, especially regarding safeguarding and vulnerable people. Material errors are corrected promptly and corrections are noted transparently. Personal data are handled in line with UK data protection law.
