1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service (the Terms):

  • Site means the website available at newagespiritualistchurch.org.uk and any associated subdomains, pages, and content.
  • Operator means NewAgeSpiritualist, the entity that operates and publishes the Site.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and the Operator agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and legal protections afforded by, the laws of your place of residence, and you may be able to bring proceedings in those courts.
